AECO is a trusted manufacturer and exporter of high-quality engine parts serving customers across global markets. We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to expand our international business and strengthen relationships with importers, distributors, and OEM customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • - Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • - Handle sales of engine parts for trucks, tractors, commercial vehicles, and automobiles in international markets.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, dealers, and agents globally.
  • - Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified export leads.
  • - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • - Manage customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
  • - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • - Coordinate with production, logistics, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
  • - Follow up on payments, shipments, documentation, and customer feedback.
  • - Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual meetings when required.
  • - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market development plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • - Minimum 10 years of experience in export sales, preferably in engine parts, automotive components, truck parts, tractor parts, or industrial spare parts.
  • - Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade practices, and documentation.
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • - Proven track record of achieving international sales targets.
  • - Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts.
  • - Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
